Activistas cannábicas opinan sobre Ricardo Ponce, el gurú violador

En mayo Ricardo Ponce recientemente fue acusado por la Youtuber Maire Wink de formar una secta sexual, violar y acosar mujeres. Este seudo “ser espiritual” se define así mismo como “un guía de autoconocimiento, experto en liberación emocional que ha apoyado a miles de personas a romper patrones mentales y por ende obtener su Auto-sanación”. A partir de ellos Maire activó la página de Instagram “Denuncia a Ricardo Ponce”. 

¿Quién es Ricardo Ponce ?

Este abusador de 30 años, tiene 2.6 millones de seguidores en Instagram, una serie de podcasts, un libro de su autoría,  cursos en línea, conferencias y eventos, como su retiro en Bacalar “el evento estrella del compartir de Ricardo”.

Maire Wink y las víctimas 

Maire Winks es una youtuber mexicana que vive en el Estado de México y hace tutoriales DIY de manualidades y comida. Junto con otras cuatro personas, ella ha acusado a Ricardo Ponce de mantener una “secta” que se aprovecha para abusar sexualmente de las mujeres que acuden a sus retiros espirituales.

Ella también señala que Ricardo se aprovechó de episodios de manipulación por los que ya había pasado anteriormente, hasta que logró que ella accediera a tener un encuentro sexual con él.

Igualmente existe el testimonio de otra jóven que acusa a Ponce de haberla obligada a tener relaciones sexuales con él. Junto a esos dos testimonios, en su video, Marie Wink recopila los testimonios de otras cuatro personas, entre las que está una empleada del conferencista, que respalda su historia.

El chamanismo como estrategia y práctica ancentral de violencia sexual

El acto de la violación en mujeres que están vulnerables o bajo el influjo de sustancias en rituales de curación es una práctica común del patriarcado. La violencia sexual es un crimen de poder, como dice Rita Segato “son crímenes de la dominación, de la punición”.  

Ricardo Ponce a través de su discurso de “creador de la autosanación” captaba mujeres y ejercía su poder sobre ellas hasta quebrarlas y exponer su vulnerabilidad, para después pasar a la violación y al acoso sexual. 

Ricardo Ponce es uno de una larga lista de agresores ocultos en el neochamanismo. Práctica  que se justifica en la preservación cultural o chamánica y que se modernizó a través de las prácticas de coaching y sanación. 

La denuncia de sus víctimas es una invitación a seguir reflexionando en las agresión íntimas en el mundo de las relaciones íntimas.  Ricardo se vinculaba íntimamente  y generaba espacios de convivencia donde las mujeres mostraron su propia  intimidad, y en esa escena se desarrollaron los abusos y agresiones . No por no existir golpes, secuestro o violencia explícita debemos dudar de las víctimas y deslegitimar los abusos y violaciones por las que pasaron. 

5 mujeres cannábicas  hablan de Ponce

Indira (Santa Juana) Activista cannábica y panteista sanadora. 

“Los humanos le tememos a la vulnerabilidad. Él se enfoca en mujeres vulnerables. Ellas buscaban sentirse bien y en esa búsqueda él se aprovechó.  Querían sentirse seguras, no se imaginaban que pasaría eso. La gente dice ‘¿qué no lo vieron venir?’, ellas querían sanar, se sentían las únicas víctimas y callaron,  pero había una cola inmensa de víctimas. 

Como guía, en los rituales yo hablo de que soy una persona real y eso no me hace suprema. También estoy sanando. Las personas que estamos al servicio de la salud de otras personas necesitamos un límite, saber que también somos humanos. 

La vulnerabilidad hace que la gente nos ceda la puerta de su confianza. Es necesario un #MeToo chamanes. Esos abusos no son nuevos, es una práctica patriarcal. Incluso en espacios de abuelos y medicina trascendental. Es una práctica de violencia y captación de mujeres”. 

Erandeny Gi, es una activista cannábica, fundadora de Jotvox y de Egy, una agencia digital 4:20. 

“Hombres como él se aprovechan de mujeres vulnerables. Hay formas de hacer llorar y romper a las mujeres y luego hacerlas sentir mejor, hacen que las personas tengan dependencia, no les ayudan a sobrevivir por ellas mismas, a conocerse. Hay mujeres en situaciones difíciles y ellos se aprovechan de eso.  

Hay historias de coaches saliendo con alumnas, donde ellos llevan a las mujeres a momentos difíciles y luego se aprovechan de ello. En el mundo cannábico pasa. Vamos a fumar un porro con un hombre y este asume que por eso accedes a algo más y es una conducta que pasa en estos espacios, con chamanes o no. Es una conducta repetida”. 

Maria Bonita, activista cannábica y creadora de contenido digital 4:20. 

“La verdadera guía y nuestro verdadero chamán somos nosotras mismas, no podemos permitir que ningún chamán nos manipule para hacer lo que esa persona desea. 

En momentos de búsqueda espiritual tienes que escucharte mucho más. Y si crees que tu guía está abusando de ti, seguramente sí está pasando eso, escúchate.  Si sientes que no dependes de nadie para tu estabilidad espiritual vas por buen camino. No dejes que nadie te manipule. 

Existe una página que es ‘Me Too cannábico’ pero a las chicas les da miedo. Es una plataforma para exponer los casos abuso y violación de la industria cannabica. El tema de Ricardo abre la cadena.  Normalizamos cosas violentas, como que te digan que tú no sabes cultivar cannabis o que no sabemos extraer”. 

Jimena Marroquín es creadora de Ya siéntese señora una plataforma de contenido feminista.

“Todos estamos buscando en este momento de la vida sentirnos mejor. Es super fuerte que personas seudo iluminadas se aprovechen de los sentires. Esto tiene que hablarse porque no es culpa de las víctimas. Ellos saben el poder que tienen, te destrozan emocionalmente, porque todos queremos espacios para llorar, son personas astutas que usan para aprovecharse.

Es una conducta patriarcal que sigue sucediendo desde los padres, desde  los apóstoles, del Bikram, donde se hacía yoga y abusaban de mujeres. Cuando sacas lo interno estás vulnerable, ellos son depredadores sexuales. Pasa en el espacio cannábico y en todos los espacios. A los hombres se les enseñó a no mostrar sus emociones, lo que les dio poder. A las mujeres nos enseñaron a abrir nuestras emociones, tenemos que aprender a saber los lugares donde expresarlas.  

En los rituales mixtos estás más a la intemperie, prefiero los espacios no mixtos para estas prácticas. En las sesiones de mujeres hay más sintonía”.

Tangeryne Haze, activista cannábica, cultivadora, y empresaria. 

“Ese abuso se repite en muchos espacios sociales, donde es fácil violentar a una mujer y clasificarla. A este hombre se le ocurrió abusar de chicas en estados vulnerables, y el universo le dará lo que merece. A Ponce ya se le fue su carrera al piso, pero el daño ya está hecho. Eso hace que tengamos que tener espacios para morras, con la manada. 

Esas acciones son de egos muy enfermos, Me he topado con vatos que me han dicho: ‘Tú eres morra no sabes cultivar’ ese tipo de cosas pasan en el espacio cannábico. Los hombres de la industria cannábica te dicen, que las morras se pongan a hacer comestibles, pero hay mujeres y linajes de mujeres que cultivan y que extraen”. 

Denuncia a tu agresor

Cuando una mujer denuncia, su fortaleza inspira a otras mujeres a denunciar.  Así fue como se abrió la cadena de abusos y violaciones de Ricardo Ponce. Gracias a todas las mujeres que decidieron hablar y enfrentar sus miedos, acompañarse y resistir juntas. No están solas, acá está su manada.
